Today, I finally deployed the comment function on the photo blog. Fire at will. I hope I don’t need the spam protection feature too soon (since it is not yet ready to use).
Thanks to Sonja for grounching, otherwise, the comment feature most likely whould not (yet) be there.
This new year’s resolution gave me the last kick to finally relaunch my photoblog (at www.newgods.org/~uli/photoblog/index.php), making use of my new hand crafted photo blog software.

A few minutes ago, my new lenses arrived. A Sigma EX 28-70 F2.8 DF Aspherical. It will replace my old Sigma 28-105mm 2.8-4.0 AF, which oftern caused overexposure on my *istD. With the new lenses, the problem seems to be gone.

Ever tried to photograph your flat panel using a polarizer filter? You may get a black screen! It seems that at least my LCD monitor emits heavily polarized light. Never known that! Does somebody knows more about that?
